The Academics Team is responsible for finding speakers, the Scientific Committee and the collection of Papers.
The IT Team is responsible for creating the conference website and app, as well as maintaining all conference systems.
The Logistics Team creates an analytic budget, including all conference expenses.
The Fundraising Team is responsible for finding the funds needed for the conference.
The Public Relations Team's main goal is the promotion of the conference in any possible way.
The Activities Team is responsible for all the side activities scheduled during the three days of the conference.
The Graphic Design team is responsible for creating graphic material for the conference and its visual identity.
Members of the Local Organizing Committees are responsible for the conference's activities at a local level like the preECESCON competition.
The mentors, having previously organized ECESCON 10, have an advisory role in the Organizing Committee.
