This year's Organizing Committee of ECESCON is consisted of 56 members and is ready to give their best elements to accomplish the best possible outcome. Having integrated in its ranks members full of experience, due to their collaboration with multiple groups and services, it is comprised of subgroups, which, using collectiveness and resourcefulness as their guides, prepare the ground for the successful realization of the conference. Aiming to balance better the workload, the members of the Organizing Committee operate both collectively and in groups with a defined role and in full cooperation with each other. The Academics team is the heart of the conference! The team is responsible for the communication with speakers, members of the Scientific Committee and the wider scientific and business community. It’s also in contact with research teams of all subjects and is responsible for the subject and organization of the workshops. This year is preparing for you a surprise section ...
The IT team has undertaken the design and development of the necessary electronic systems and applications for the needs of the conference. These include the website (with the registration system, paper evaluation, etc.), the mobile phone application, the secretarial support system, etc. During the conference, the mission of IT will be to manage the appropriate logistical equipment for activities such as live streaming, presentations etc.
Logistics is the team that provides the best possible offers for the transportation and stay of both the delegates and the academic speakers who will attend ECESCON 14. The Welcome Packs, the delegates' identities as well as the prizes of the winners of various competitions are included in its tasks. Of course, providing food and drinks throughout the conference is a priority of the group.
The Fund Raising team has undertaken the task of finding financial and material sponsorship, ensuring the necessary resources for organizing the conference.
From a Facebook post to collaborating with well-known communication sponsors and from an Instagram story to communication with the electrical engineering secretariats across Greece, the Marketing team is joining the organizing committee of ECESCON 14. Our goal is to promote the conference in every possible way and to engage all media and social network.
Activities team will organise the parallel activities within the framework of the conference, coordination of volunteer action and management of logistics facilities on the days of the conference, as well as the full organization and support of the PreECESCON.
The mission of the team is to design all the printed and digital material as well as the audiovisual material that will be needed during the conference.
Members of the Local Organizing Committees are responsible for the conference's activities at a local level like preΣΦΗΜΜΥ for example.
