Aiming to highlight the research work of Greek University students, ECESCON 14 supports the presentation of selected scientific articles by students. The authors of selected articles will have the opportunity to present their research work to an audience of students, answer questions and promote their work. All undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral students of Greek Universities, have the right to submit their paper.
There are two categories of scientific articles that will be presented at ECESCON 14. The first category concerns regular articles of up to 6 (six) pages, without bibliographic references. The second category concerns short articles (or extended abstracts) of up to 3 (three) pages without the bibliographic references.
The authors of the first category articles will have the opportunity to present their work in a time frame of 15 minutes plus 5 minutes of answering questions from the audience.
The authors of the second category articles will have the opportunity to present their work in a time frame of 10 minutes without questions from the audience.
The subject matter covers all fields of interest of Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering, as well as topics of other scientific fields that are directly or indirectly connected.
All articles should be written in Greek or English, follow a two-column format, the IEEE Template, and be submitted in .pdf.
The articles will be selected by a committee of scientists with various fields of interest. They will be judged on their research contribution, the quality of their writing and proximity to the areas of interest of Electrical and Computer Engineering students.
