Savvas Chatzichristofis


Savvas Chatzichristofis is Vice Dean for Research and Innovation and Professor of Artificial Intelligence. His research focuses on the intersection of artificial intelligence, computer vision and robotics and he has participated in several R&D projects funded by European and national organizations. He holds an M.Eng. and a PhD in Computer Vision from Democritus University and has been a senior scientist, visiting professor and researcher at various institutions. He has received numerous honors, grants and awards for his contributions and has published extensively in prestigious academic journals.
